When you are looking for the perfect activity fit for you and your kids around Manhattan it’s hard to beat the Upper West Side. The neighborhood is very family friendly and even if the weather is less than pleasant this guide highlights some great spots that each just a 2 minute walk apart so you won’t have to be outside for long.

So easy to spend hours at this museum with five floors of fun for your kids. They do a great job of featuring new exhibits and there are always a number of educational activities for your little ones. This February they have a Stuffed Animal Repair Workshop for teddies and soft friends needing a little love. It will certainly bring a smile to your child’s face and a creative way to incorporate a little toy maintenance.
